• Floral Arrangements & Botanical Illustrations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the custom nature of the order and materials already purchased.
• Event Floristry: Specific cancellation terms for event floristry will be outlined in your individual contract.
• Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused with adequate notice as specified in the subscription agreement.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
